About The Role
Purpose
Assisting Project Manager with ROV Project Operations and liaison with clients and for the working of offshore projects.
Functions
Essential
- Ensuring that Safety Policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at the offshore work location, implementation of safety reports.
- Ensuring that OI Quality Policies and Procedures are adhered.
- Assisting Project Manager with ROV Project Operations and liaison with allocated ROV operational personnel.
- Co-ordination of personnel and material logistics movements to offshore / onshore locations.
- Co-ordination of Crew rotation schedules.
- Co-ordination and timely approval of Daily Status Reports for ROV Payroll and manual payroll notification.
- Liaison with internal departments regarding all aspects of ROV Project Management.
- Monitoring and actioning of spares and stores requirements for projects.
- Collation of system logs from offshore in preparation of preliminary invoices for ongoing and completed contracts on a monthly basis.
- Liaison between Offshore and Oceaneering Technical Departments/Tooling Manager, regarding the design and/or development of tooling/engineering for offshore projects.
- Follow-up on QA/QC audit action items.
- Ongoing update of all technical and support documentation.
- To perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the quality, safety and environmental management systems of the Company, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative to carry out duties with minimal supervision and oversight from remote office location.

- To eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED
- B. TECH in ELECTRONICS /ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL Engineering Or equivalent experience
- Able to work in rotational shifts 42.5 hours (weekly) (Morning, Evening, Night & Weekends)
- Knowledge of MS-Office and computer fundamentals
- Must be willing to Work from office as and when needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in asset documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management and maritime operations.
DESIRED
- Minimum of three years Project Engineering experience in similar role.
- Familiarity of all aspects of subsea operations relating to Oceaneering's offshore activities.
- Familiarity of Subsea equipment and operations.
- standard desktop software package.
