- We are looking for a multi-talented colleague to work with us in both an INA, TA3, and MDSA role.
- The role will consist of INA work every morning, working with a child to support the provision in their EHCP.
- The afternoon hours will consist of either supporting a class with their learning, or covering the teaching of a class.
INA (Individual Needs Assistant)

What will the role involve?
We are looking for a gifted INA to join our school team to work with a pupil to support the provision in their EHCP. Experience working with pupils with complex needs including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will
- Be enthusiastic and committed to developing the whole child, both personally and academically and have a passion for learning,
- Be highly motivated, work well as part of a small team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.
- Have experience of delivering individual support plans under the direction of the class teacher and some knowledge of sensory circuits, emotional regulation strategies and other similar supports
- You will be working alongside and supporting the class teacher and SENDCO to ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the pupil you are supporting.
- You will have high expectations of the students within your care, manage behaviour effectively and ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
TA3
- This is a varied and rewarding role. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development.
- What will the role involve?
- Supporting individuals and groups of pupils with their learning.
- Delivering targeted interventions and activities.
- Providing encouragement and helping children develop confidence and independence.
- Working alongside class teachers to support effective teaching and learning.
- Taking responsibility for whole-class teaching when required, including covering lessons across the school.
- Adapting activities to meet the needs of different learners.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
MDSA
What will the role involve?
- Encouraging positive play, behaviours and manners.
- Following our behaviour policy at all times.
- Supporting children to resolve friendship issues and minor disagreements.
- Organising and encourage positive playground activities and games.
- Helping children who may need additional support.
- Ensuring children are safe and well cared for at all times.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Promoting our school's values of kindness, respect and inclusion.
- Following our behaviour policy at all times.
- Communicating with colleagues in a timely manner.
