Assistant Sales Manager

• To develop and maintain hotel business
• Develop strong partnerships with buyers for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales for the hotel
• Analyze customer situation, provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
• Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence
• Partner with the hotel’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share
• Perform duties to support the department in line with the company’s strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting expectations of stakeholders

Requirement

• A relevant degree in business or a related field
• A minimum 2-year working experience as a sales representative in the hotel related field
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Good business sense with excellent account serving manner
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Passionate towards Hospitality
