Whatyou'llbe doing
You'll become the reporting expert within Finance Operations, owning and enhancing the reporting suite used by stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include

- Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards thatprovidemeaningful insights into Finance Operations performance
- -
- Producing impactful monthly reporting packs for audiences ranging from operational leaders to Executive Committee members
- -
- Analysing trends in collections, debt, liabilities, cashflowand operational performance
- -
- Working with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective MI solutions
- -
- Using PL/SQL to investigate data queries,validatereporting outputs and support project work
- -
- Delivering ad hoc analysis that supports business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- -
- Maintaining and optimising existing reporting solutions as business requirements evolve
Whatwe'relooking for
We'relooking for someone who combines strong technical MI skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
You'llbring
- -
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and report automation
- -
- Experience working with finance, operational or performance reporting data
- -
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL or SQL, with the ability to interrogate and investigate data
- -
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting techniques
- -
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leadership teams
- -
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- -
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- -
- Previousexperience in a Finance Operations, FinanceMIor Finance Change environment
