Job Description

• Monitor the arrival of the ship (daily actìvities).
• Examining every incoming / outgoing message.
• Make a recap of monthly export realization
• Make Export Declaration of Goods (PEB), Bon Expenditures for Demand Deposit and Customs, Excise and Tax (SSPCP) for Export Tax Payment to Bank, Proforma Invoice and Packing List for Attachment to Customs & Cukal, Shipping Instruction for Ship Agent (IPB) for factory, Transportation Order (SPK) for transportation and Work Order for Marine Cargo Expedition (EMKL) and order for surveyor for shipment of CPO, RBD OLEIN, RBD PO, RBD STRN, RBD PK STRNI RBD PK OLNI PFADI CRUDE OLEIN, CPKO and PKE.
• Ensure the Traceability officer function is running properly & correctly: Invoice must include remarks: This product is suitable for food / feed / industrial use. Special for 15CC Product: Bill of lading must include Reg. No. and GHG Value.
• Input data after completion of shipment to Monitoring Tools system
• Input data after completion of shipment on monthly realization report and AFP Report
• Filling and distribution of documents to related parties after completion of shipment
• Conduct safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.
• Report the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Foodl Feed Safety Coordinator.
• Carry out his work relating to his work as instructed by his superiors.
• Fulfill the system of entry and discharge of goods in accordance with procedures in the area of ​​bonded areas.
• Include Personal Admin. Kaber in any training / socialization opportunities related to the bonded area.
• Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining work equipment and APD that have been given.
• Doing work by applying company values ​​(integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyalty).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export, Shipping, Logistics, or Documentation.
• Good understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and bonded zone procedures.
• Familiar with shipping processes and coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or export systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in Belawan, North Sumatra.
