Responsibilities

  • Use software and design programs like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to create packaging artwork, label and manuals.
  • Work with dieline files to accurately place artwork for production and assembly. Determine that the graphic layout is properly created for the intended printing process.
  • Support brand guidelines and artwork template creating, adhere to standards and template direction to create brand consistency across categories and business units.
  • Explore and implement automation tools to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate and communicate with global partners; sharing best practices and resources.
  • Ensure all necessary information is provided before starting a project, elevating issues or questions.
  • Monitor and track iterations and reviews for approvals.
  • Proof and perform quality control on your own and other’s work in detail.
  • Prepare and collect files for final output and release.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and track details of multiple projects.

Requirements

  • College/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Packaging Design
  • 1+ year of experience in a highly matrixed, global company is a plus
  • Experience with printing materials and an understanding of prepress technology
  • Proficiency in all applicable Mac software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Good English skills; fluency in spoken English is preferred
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Self-driven and internally motivated
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant work experience and examples is required
