About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Coordinator to join our Restaurant Events.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

• Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Provide administrative support to the Restaurant Events Department/ Director, including document preparation, reporting, and general departmental coordination.
• -
• Coordinate day-to-day event administration, including handling enquiries, scheduling site inspections, organizing menu tastings, preparing proposals, BEO’s and distributing BEOs.
• -
• Maintain accurate records of private dining offerings, including capacity charts, floor plans, and buyout guidelines.
• -
• Support event execution by liaising with operational teams, monitoring service flow, and ensuring guest requirements are communicated clearly.
• -
• Escalate operational issues, complex guest requests, or service concerns to the appropriate senior team member in a timely manner.

• Prepare and update monthly reports and track key administrative and operational data for management review.
• -
• Coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments for the Director of Restaurant Events.

About You

• -
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
• -
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant events, group dining operations, or within a luxury hospitality environment, preferably with exposure to private dining or buyouts.

• Proven ability to support event sales and operational coordination, including private dining bookings and restaurant event execution within an upscale setting.
• -
• Basic understanding of Forbes 5-Star standards and luxury guest service expectations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• -
• Understanding of CRM and reservation systems, with working knowledge of BEO preparation
• -
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

• Highly organized with a structured approach to task management, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Displays professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a guest-centric mindset; able to remain composed under pressure and escalate issues appropriately.

• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• -
• Excellent customer service focus and interpersonal communication skills.
