What You'll Be Doing Welcome guests with a warm greeting at the main entrance – you'll be the first friendly face they see Help manage the driveway and assist guests with opening and closing car and taxi doors Keep the entrance and baggage room looking sharp and welcoming Handle baggage pick-ups and deliveries promptly and professionally Provide helpful information and assistance to guests whenever they need it Make an effort to remember guests' names, especially regulars and long-stay visitors – personalised service makes all the difference Greet guests as they move through the lobby to create that special, personal touch Keep the Duty Log up to date with all job assignments and important matters Alert Security or the Duty Manager if you spot anything suspicious Other Bits and Pieces Know your way around our fire and life safety procedures – we take this seriously Show up on time in a clean, complete uniform – it matters Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene Be ready to pitch in with other tasks as the team needs

What We're Looking For Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (we love fresh graduates!) Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal Additional languages or local dialect knowledge is a great plus Valid driver's license (SIM A) required Skills & Personal Qualities Natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills Detail-focused with a genuine commitment to outstanding service Self-starter who brings enthusiasm and positive energy to work Professional presentation standards - clean uniform, well-groomed appearance, and good personal hygiene are essential
