Dental Assistant| Lumino Lincoln Road

About The Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients receive outstanding care. Working closely with the clinical team, you'll help create a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient comfort.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting clinicians chairside during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for patient appointments
- Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards
- Providing exceptional patient care and support throughout treatment
- Managing clinical stock and assisting with practice organisation
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:15am to 4:30pm
To be successful in this role, you will
- Have previous Dental Assistant experience (preferred but not essential)
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and customer service
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organised, reliable, and have strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a busy environment and be confident multitasking
- Have a positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Hold valid New Zealand work rights
- Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance to Lincoln for reliable travel
