The Pool Attendant is responsible for attending to guest requests at the pool area to ensure both safety and customer satisfaction. The primary duty of this role is to collaborate with colleagues to deliver the highest quality of service promptly, efficiently, and in accordance with brand standards. Responsibilities include setting up and providing pool towels, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness to ensure the pool area remains attractive to guests, and proactively promoting and upselling food and beverage offerings to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue
