About The Role

Strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and backend development using Java (Spring Boot).
Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.
Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).
Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java / Spring Boot for backend services.
Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of relevant experience
