About The Role

Are you passionate about technology, automation, and continuous improvement? We're looking for an ITSM Administrator to play a key role in enhancing our IT Service Management capability.
In this role, you'll help drive operational excellence by supporting and optimising our ITSM platform, enabling seamless integrations across enterprise systems, and improving service management processes. You'll collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that create real value across the organisation.

  • Configure, maintain, optimise, and support our ITSM platform.
  • Build and enhance integrations across enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards and reporting that support operational decision-making.
  • Maintain platform governance, configuration standards, security controls, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance user experiences.
  • Provide governance input into solution and change designs.
  • Build, validate, and optimise integrations and automation solutions to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with ITSM standards.
  • Represent platform and integration impacts within Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Design Authority (DA) forums.
  • Support the successful delivery of ITSM enhancements, platform upgrades, and major releases.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.

Relevant IT Diploma/ Degree and ITIL would be advantageous

2-3 years in IT Service Management environments

Process Knowledge e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Contract Management, Knowledge Management and Project Management.

Experience integrating ITSM platforms (Xurrent, ServiceNow, Manage Engine, Jira etc.)

Experience supporting cross‑platform workflows and automation

Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, with the ability to support platform configuration, integrations, automation, and reporting.

Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Ideally based in Durban, as this is an office-based role.
