GA Helpdesk Officer

Job Description Summary

The role involves managing permits, handling correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulations, proposing CSR programs, maintaining workplace cleanliness, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting safety or compliance issues. Additionally, achieving individual KPIs and adhering to company values are key expectations.

Job Description

• Managing permits such as Building Permits, Business Licenses, Genset Permits, Forklift Permits, Radio Licenses, Speedboat Licenses, and speedboat operator permits.
• Handling internal and external correspondence effectively.
• Ensuring that services to the community are conveyed to Company Management.
• Ensuring compliance with all government-mandated regulations by the Company.
• Proposing CSR programs to Unit Management and Head Office for implementation.
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of work equipment and the workplace.
• Enforcing safety regulations according to the applicable policies.
• Reporting any issues related to Food Safety Management System (if any) to superiors.
• Performing other tasks related to the job as instructed by superiors.
• Responsible for achieving individual KPIs.
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of all work equipment and the workplace.
• Reporting any issues related to Food/Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator.
• Performing tasks while adhering to company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation, and loyalty).

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess in Bachelor Degree in any major.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in CSR & GA.
• Willing to be located in Sudirman, Jakarta
