Service Assistant (Contractor)

• Independent process and support of national projects and customer orders
• Generate service-required documents, such as quotations, service orders, confirmations, and daily reports
• Provide Service supports, including parts ordering, invoice and payment tracking, service job dispatching, and RMA parts returns
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text messages, and phone calls.
• fulfill necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting service team with necessary documents
• Take proactive action to resolve outstanding issues

Education

• Bachelor or Master degrees

Experience

• With sales administration/operation/ order fulfilment process experience

Other skills

• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge/skills: Customer Service, Data Management & Reporting
• Personality: Positive working attitude, passionate, high patience, team spirit, responsible, detail-oriented
• Good communication skills cross functions and regions
• Knowledge on SAP and logistics; semiconductor experience
