Responsibilities

• 负责公司生产设备的机械设计、改进、维护与故障排除，确保设备高效稳定运行，并参与新项目的技术支持与实施。
• 岗位职责

• 负责公司现有生产设备的机械系统日常维护、保养和检修，制定并执行维护计划。
• 对生产设备进行机械故障分析、诊断和排除，提供技术解决方案并监督实施。
• 参与新设备的选型、安装、调试，并对新设备的操作人员进行技术指导和培训。
• 负责生产设备的机械改进项目，包括设计优化、零部件选型、图纸绘制和技术文件编写。
• 协助制定和完善设备操作规程、维修规程及安全规程。
• 参与工艺改进和技术创新，提供机械方面的专业支持。
• 定期对设备运行状况进行评估，提出改进建议并实施。
• 确保所有机械操作符合公司的安全标准和环境保护要求。

任职资格

• 机械工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 3年以上机械设计、制造或设备维护相关工作经验，有纤维或化工行业经验者优先。
• 熟悉机械传动、液压、气动系统，具备独立解决复杂机械故障的能力。
• 精通AutoCAD、SolidWorks等机械设计软件，能独立完成机械结构设计和工程图绘制。
• 具备良好的项目管理能力，能独立负责或参与机械改进项目。
• 熟悉机械设备相关国家标准、行业标准及安全规范。
• 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。
• 英语读写能力良好，能查阅英文技术资料。
