Social Media & Content Assistant

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with social media content, video
• editing, or content management, preferably for a business or professional brand.

You should be

• ● Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• ● Experienced with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• ● Comfortable working with video content and short-form video.
• ● Familiar with video editing software such as Camtasia, or able to quickly learn similar platforms.
• ● Experienced with Opus Clip or similar AI-powered video clipping tools.
• ● Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency.
• ● Familiar with social media posting, scheduling, captions, and content optimization.
• ● Creative and able to understand what makes content engaging.
• ● Organized and able to manage a repeatable content workflow.
• ● Proactive — able to suggest improvements rather than simply waiting for instructions.
• ● Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback from the
• business owner.

Ideal Experience

• Experience working with YouTube content for a business, professional, financial, or
• personal brand would be highly advantageous.
• We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously helped another business
• owner or professional manage their content workflow from long-form video → short-form
• clips → captions/optimization → scheduling → publishing.
• Experience with additional social media management or content scheduling platforms would
• also be a plus.
