$115,000–$120,000 per year

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

A full-time remote position is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing telehealth services to clients in North Carolina.

The therapist will work directly with individuals and families, assess their needs, develop treatment strategies, and provide ongoing support through scheduled virtual sessions. Building a strong therapeutic relationship and keeping clear, secure clinical records are important parts of the work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy through video sessions
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
• Build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships
• Document sessions and client progress securely
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
