Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python, focusing on application efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Build and integrate AWS-based messaging solutions that enable reliable communication and data exchange between distributed services.
• Design, implement, and manage APIs that support efficient and reliable integration between applications and external or internal systems.
• Containerize applications to enable consistent, portable, and efficient deployment across different environments.
• Work with Kubernetes and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to support container orchestration and scalable cloud application deployments.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and engineering practices within a financial-sector project, ensuring solutions are aligned with scalability and operational requirements.
• Apply Platform Engineering principles where relevant to help build and maintain reliable platforms that support cloud-based applications.

Requirements

• Have solid professional experience and practical expertise in Go, with the ability to develop production-grade applications and microservices.
• Have experience or familiarity with Kubernetes and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), particularly for container orchestration and cloud application deployment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Have practical experience developing microservices and integrating distributed applications through messaging systems and APIs.
• Be comfortable working with application containerization and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Experience or knowledge of Platform Engineering is desirable, particularly involving the construction and maintenance of platforms that support cloud applications.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and ownership skills within a technology-focused environment.
• Be based in Brazil; professionals residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region should be prepared to work from the local offices according to the applicable attendance policy.
