About The Role
The Opportunity

As our next People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, helping them build capable, engaged, and high-performing teams. From coaching leaders through complex employee matters to supporting workforce planning, talent development, and strategic business initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience while contributing to the ongoing success of our Energy & Utilities business
- Partner with operational leaders to provide practical and commercially focused advice on all people-related matters
- Support performance and development processes including goal setting, probation reviews, performance improvement plans and development planning
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, complaints, investigations, disciplinary matters and workplace disputes
- Provide advice on Enterprise Agreements, industrial instruments, workplace legislation, remuneration benchmarking and workforce compliance
- Support organisational change initiatives, including consultation activities associated with restructures, redeployment and redundancy programs
- Maintain workforce data integrity, position management, remuneration banding and people systems administration
- Support tender and bid activities by providing workforce planning, labour strategy, remuneration and employment conditions advice
- Manage out-of-cycle employment changes and provide guidance on income protection, workers compensation and related people processes
- Coach and guide leaders on visa requirements, parental leave, HR systems and performance processes
What we are looking for
- Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Flexible around site travel
- Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability
- Proven ability to influence, coach and build credibility with leaders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and providing practical insights
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
