• Manage pre delinquency campaigns through external vendors
• Implement startegies and processes apropos the voice of customers received through different campaigns
• Lead strategic initiatives like OD / LPC collections through tele collections team

• Manage partners and implement autoimated tools for seamless customer experience
• Desired Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in collection
