About The Role

The AVP External will support the VP Externals in establishing and maintaining relationships with other AMS and CUS clubs/services, as well as socially responsible and local organizations. This includes assisting with outreach for collaborations, in-kind sponsorship opportunities, and potential panelists for CC events. Additionally, the AVP External will support external communications and help strengthen CC’s engagement within the CUS community while securing resources and opportunities for members.

Time Commitment

5-6 hours/week

Term of Employment

September 2026 - March 2027

Main Responsibilities

  • -
  • Reach out to other AMS and CUS clubs/services to establish collaborations for events/promotional purposes.
  • -
  • Reach out to businesses to secure in-kind sponsorships or panelists through emails, phone calls, and various social media platforms.
  • -
  • Regularly update sponsorship documents and external contacts. Formulate, send, and respond to emails and other forms of communication with external stakeholders.
  • -
  • Attend weekly meetings and support team members as required.
