Supervisor - Hard Surface Reinstatement

The opportunity

Some people enjoy sitting behind a desk all day. This role isn't for them.

We're looking for an HSR Supervisor / Coordinator to join our Campbellfield team, supporting the delivery of Hard Surface Reinstatement works across Victoria's water networks. You'll be out in the field assessing jobs, liaising with crews, working with subcontractors and helping ensure roads, footpaths and public spaces are safely restored following maintenance and construction works.

This role suits someone who loves variety, enjoys getting out and about, and takes pride in delivering a great outcome for customers and communities. No two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Assess reinstatement work orders and determine scope, hazards and site requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors and support delivery teams to achieve project outcomes
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality, contract and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and field crews
• Support planning, scheduling and delivery of maintenance and minor works programs
• Prepare reports, photos and documentation through client systems
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Help drive a strong Zero Harm culture across the program

What we're looking for

• Experience in works coordination, maintenance, construction or project delivery
• Exposure to hard surface reinstatement, utilities, civil construction or water infrastructure highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems on the go
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card
• A proactive, relationship-focused approach to work
• Someone who enjoys being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day
