Pastry Chef

AYANA Hospitality is a renowned luxury resort company known for its exceptional service and exquisite culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled and talented Pastry Chef to join our team at AYANA Komodo, located in the breathtaking Komodo Island, Indonesia.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and passion for pastry to deliver a delightful experience for our guests.

• Prior experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or resort is required.
• Strong knowledge and skills in pastry and bakery production, including a variety of desserts, bread, and confections.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate the pastry team.
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating unique and delicious pastry creations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
