Bar & Gaming Attendant

• We're looking for Bar & Gaming Attendants who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to become a true hospitality all-rounder.
• You'll work across our Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno, delivering great service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
• Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
• Work across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno
• Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
• Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented venue
• Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
• Support the wider Front of House team as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who

• Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG – essential
• Has previous gaming experience – preferred but not essential
• Has TAB and Keno knowledge – advantageous
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is reliable, responsible and has a strong work ethic
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has flexible availability across a 7-day roster , including days, evenings and weekends
• Has valid Australian working rights
