- We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help drive innovation, implement modern DevOps practices, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-native infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation that powers our financial software products:
- Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab workflows.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.
- Deploy and manage workloads in Amazon ECS, EKS and Azure AKS.
- Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with external teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with security standards, development and business goals.
- Follow corporate processes and best practices.
- Continuously improve systems through automation, performance tuning, and process optimization.
- Work across multiple projects with varied architectures and deployments.
Your Tech Toolkit
We’re looking for someone with experience in
- Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.); Azure (ACA, AKS, Blob Storage, CosmosDB, HDInsight, SQL, Monitor, etc.)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation
- Networking and Cyber-Security: DNS, CertificatesWAF, VPCs/VNets, Security Groups, NACLs, etc.
- Container orchestration: load balancers, ECS, ACA, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
- CI/CD tooling: GitLab CI (preferred), Jenkins
- Scripting & automation: Bash/Shell, Python
- Security best practices: IAM, KMS, encryption in transit/at rest
- REST, WebSocket, long-lived TCP connections.
- Monitoring & observability: DataDog, BigPanda
What You Bring
- 4+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
- Proven experience building and operating cloud-native platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for automation, developer enablement, and continuous delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
