About The Role

生命周期流程管理｜Lifecycle Process & Standardization
建立并维护生命周期流程管理机制，定义各阶段标准、准入/退出条件与关键里程碑。
沉淀模板与治理节奏（数据口径、R&R、例会与决策机制），推动一致执行。
Establish lifecycle standards and governance cadence to ensure consistent execution.
新品上市交付管理｜New Product Launch Delivery
针对New产品，下新品首单并跟进交期与到货节奏，确保准时上市。
识别并推动解决产能/物料/运输/主数据等上线风险，制定必要的上市保障与应急方案。
Place and track first launch orders; manage readiness and delivery risks to ensure on-time launch.
退市策略优化与风险测算｜Phase-out Strategy Optimization & Risk Assessment
优化退市策略与执行节奏，评估端到端库存报废风险（渠道/仓/在途/供应商等）。
提出并推动清库、调拨、替代/降级使用等缓释方案落地，平衡服务、库存与成本目标。
Optimize phase-out plans, quantify obsolescence risks, and drive mitigation actions.
需求与供应策略同步｜Demand & Supply Strategy Alignment
同步新品上市/旧品退市的供应策略至需求计划与供应计划，明确备货、分配、替代/双跑与停产节奏。
将生命周期事件与日常补货区隔管理，降低对常规运营的扰动并跟踪落地效果。
Align launch/phase-out supply strategies with planning teams and ensure accurate execution.
Forecast一致性与IBP设置｜Forecast & IBP Master Data Ownership
确保新品LGC forecast与consensus forecast一致，识别差异并推进闭环。
维护并校验IBP / S&OP中PLCM相关设置（生命周期状态、有效期、替代关系、停启供策略与关键参数），保障计划数据准确。
Ensure forecast alignment and maintain PLCM-related IBP/S&OP settings with high data quality.
Portfolio管理｜Portfolio Management
维护端到端产品组合视图（新品/在售/退市/替代），建立并维护关键指标看板（库存、服务、生命周期风险、切换达成）。
定期输出组合洞察与预警，支持业务决策与资源优先级。
Maintain portfolio views and KPI dashboards; provide insights and early warnings for prioritization.
Education / 教育背景
大学本科（985/211），供应链管理、统计学等相关专业优先
Experience / 經驗
8 年以上供应链计划 / 需求计划 / S&OP 相关经验
具备跨产品线、跨区域的需求和供给管理者优先
Other skills / 其他技能
 熟悉供应链计划方法论（如DDMRP、CPFR等）
 熟练使用PLM/ERP等系统，有数字化工具应用经验
 良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力
 英语读写能力良好
 具备流程优化、数据分析与问题解决能力
 适应快节奏、变化多的业务环境
