TM Front End Developer

Required Experience

• Experience in implementing test automation frameworks, selecting tools and designing the required infrastructure to enable reliable and robust test automation execution.
• Experience in delivering test automation work that reduces test cycles, improves quality of releases and significantly uplifts software engineering practices.
• Deep understanding of the testing pyramid and relevant types of tests in each part of the pyramid.
• Deep understanding of common testing tools and automation toolsets.
• Experience in current technologies and SaSS/PaSS Applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, AEM, Workday, Peoplesoft.
• Experience in automation across Unit Testing, System Testing, API, SIT, Performance & Volume.
• Good understanding of test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps activities.
• Foster and promote a QA Engineering approach, uplifting automation capabilities across the QA team as well as within projects and delivery squads.
• Define appropriate levels of test automation coverage for new initiatives as well as BAU activities, leading a team of QA Analysts in delivering maintainable and robust automated suites.
• Promote and foster a ‘shift-left’ approach to QA, demonstrating QA value across design and delivery of solutions.
• Playing an active role in establishing and maturing the RMIT QA Community of Practice.
• Assist the QA Manager for Ad Hoc testing duties.
