The 360 Leadership Academy is a full-time, immersive program designed to holistically develop the next generation of Christian leaders. Through practical ministry experience and intentional training, residents will deepen their heart for people, strengthen their soul in Christ, sharpen their mind with biblical and leadership wisdom, and develop the strength to lead with confidence.

• If you're passionate about full-time ministry and ready to grow in heart, soul, mind and strength, this program is for you!
• The resident program runs from June 1, 2027 - May 1, 2028. The internship program runs from June 1, 2027 - August 7, 2027.
• All applications for the 2027-2028 cohort must be fully submitted by March 31, 2027.
