About The Role

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication.

FT, Days, No weekends or holidays

Multidisciplinary outpatient team, focusing on pulmonary patients. Will collaborate closely with our pulmonary specialists, who manage a wide range of lung conditions, including asthma. Will be an integral part of the clinic staff, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care for our complex pulmonary patient population. Responsibilities, Direct patient care, such as obtaining vital signs and rooming patients. Administering medications and immunizations. Managing all aspects of medication refills. Two years of LPN experience required Ambulatory experience preferred. Please note, this is a fragrance-free work environment.
