Head of CRM (On-Site

• 🚀 Wiztech is looking for an experienced Head of CRM to lead our customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle strategy across our gaming brands.
• We are looking for a strong CRM leader with experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Betting who can combine strategic thinking, a data-driven approach, and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the overall CRM & Retention strategy
• Lead CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels
• Drive improvements in player retention, engagement, reactivation, and LTV
• Develop and optimize player segmentation, personalization, and promotional campaigns
• Build and improve customer lifecycle and automated journeys
• Use player behavior and data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Track key CRM and commercial KPIs and continuously optimize results
• Lead, develop, and support the CRM team
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP, BI/Data, and Compliance teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing
• Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Betting, or Gaming is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journeys
• Data-driven mindset with strong commercial and analytical skills
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
