Associate Account Manager

Join TripleLift as an Associate Account Manager, where you will support the growth and success of our advertiser and agency partnerships. In this role, you will manage day-to-day account and campaign needs, work closely with clients and internal teams, and contribute to revenue growth. • Assister à la gestion quotidienne d'un portefeuille de comptes directs de marques et d'agences, en soutenant le lancement, l'optimisation et le renouvellement des campagnes.
• Surveiller quotidiennement la performance des campagnes, identifier les problèmes de rythme ou de livraison, et recommander et mettre en œuvre proactivement des optimisations pour atteindre les KPI des clients.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente et le responsable de compte pour soutenir la stratégie de pré-vente, les réponses aux RFP et l'intégration de nouveaux comptes annonceurs et agences.
• A collaborative, problem solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions, learn new concepts and take on new responsibilities
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in digital advertising and the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, native, video or CTV is a plus
• Eagerness to build a career in digital advertising, programmatic media and account management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in working with campaign performance data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
