Software Engineer (Member of Technical Staff)

Join our dynamic ITXE Agentic Engineering team as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will help integrate IT systems, tools, and data into a unified Data360 environment. You will work with various platforms and technologies, supporting seamless integration and operation of our devices. Responsibilities include unifying data sets, building Agentic workflows and automations, writing and maintaining automations, and partnering with peer IT teams. • Unifying data sets from various systems into a unified Data360 environment.
• Supporting the build-out of Agentic workflows and automations to improve the employee experience.
• Writing and maintaining automations using languages like Python, Swift, and Go, running on platforms like MuleSoft and AWS.
• Some experience working in cloud and serverless environments, with a preference for AWS
• A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience required
• Solid understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and how they're used to integrate systems
• Some experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud), or equivalent platforms
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in their applications in automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as BASH, ZSH, PowerShell, or Python
• Familiarity with integration software such as MuleSoft
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and API interactions
• Interest in building Slack applications and other automation tools
