Production Designer

• Créer et exécuter des actifs de conception à travers divers supports, en veillant à la cohérence de la marque et à la qualité.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour atteindre les objectifs et respecter les délais des projets.
• Gérer proactivement les retours, les révisions et l'organisation des fichiers pour rationaliser le processus de production.
• 2-5+ years of design-related experience in a fast-paced industry (education, tech, or similar fields preferred)
• A degree in design, art, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of accessibility standards and design optimization for digital platforms
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-velocity business environment
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience creating assets for responsive web design and/or knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned designer
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, and precision
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Experience or willingness to work on a web platform. (currently use Duda)
