Talent Acquisition Intern (Summer 2027)

Join Force Factor as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the summer of 2027. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring, develop essential skills in talent acquisition, and contribute to the company's overall hiring strategy. Work closely with the People team, manage candidate scheduling, conduct interviews, coordinate campus recruitment activities, enhance employer branding, and work on personal projects related to talent acquisition. This internship is based in the Seaport District of Boston and offers mentorship and professional development opportunities.

• Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for interviews and other recruitment activities.
• Gain firsthand experience by preparing for and conducting interviews across a range of roles, from entry level to leadership positions.
• Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events and initiatives in the Greater Boston area, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events to attract top talent.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills
• A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results
• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution. This opportunity is open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks
• Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.)
