• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex product areas and delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes
• Experience turning ambiguous, early stage opportunities into clear product strategies and taking new products from discovery through launch and adoption
• Strong technical fluency and experience owning technically complex products, with the ability to partner with engineering on APIs, data, integrations, and system tradeoffs while keeping customer value at the center
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen, including the ability to uncover growth opportunities, define success, and balance near-term impact with long-term investments
• An AI-first mindset: curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for using agentic AI workflows throughout product development, paired with sound judgment about where AI adds value
• Excellent product judgment and customer empathy, with the ability to understand complex business workflows and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences
• Proven ability to influence and lead across engineering, design, data science, commercial teams, and external stakeholders, using clear communication to navigate different incentives and build alignment
