About The Role

Join Wolters Kluwer Health as the Director of Product Marketing & Commercialization. In this role, you will lead the product marketing and commercialization organization, driving successful launches, strong commercial readiness, and sustained customer adoption. You will define and execute the product marketing and commercialization strategy for the Clinical Decision Support portfolio, oversee product positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market and launch strategy, and provide leadership for commercial readiness. You will also lead market and customer intelligence, competitive intelligence, and analytics and performance. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in product marketing, commercialization, and healthcare technology.

  • Lead the product marketing and commercialization organization responsible for turning product strategy into clear market value, successful launches, strong commercial readiness, and sustained customer adoption.
  • Define and execute the Product Marketing and Commercialization strategy for the Clinical Decision Support portfolio, ensuring products and capabilities have clear, differentiated positioning grounded in customer needs.
  • Own the commercialization framework from early opportunity validation through Early Engagement, Limited Market Release, General Availability, adoption, and lifecycle optimization.
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, portfolio marketing, market strategy, or related roles
  • Experience establishing and scaling product marketing operating models, launch frameworks, governance, messaging standards, and commercialization practices
  • Ability to move comfortably between enterprise strategy, organizational leadership, cross-functional alignment, and detailed execution
  • Strong people-leadership skills, including organizational design, talent development, coaching, performance management, and resource prioritization
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, and highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer, market, competitive, and performance insights to influence product strategy, portfolio decisions, and executive priorities
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, buyer and user personas, value propositions, product launches, adoption, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect market dynamics and customer needs to practical business and product decisions
  • Ability to lead through influence and align Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success commercializing complex healthcare, enterprise SaaS, technology, data, information, workflow, content, or platform products
  • Significant leadership experience building and managing product marketing, commercialization, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, market research, or related teams
  • Experience with product packaging, offer design, bundling, pricing inputs, willingness-to-pay research, market sizing, business cases, and commercial strategy
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence, market research, enablement, analytics, and product marketing technology platforms
  • Experience building or transforming product marketing and commercialization capabilities
  • Experience with enterprise healthcare buyers, health system purchasing processes, clinical users, long sales cycles, and complex customer implementations
  • Experience overseeing Voice of Customer, market research, competitive intelligence, segmentation, pricing, packaging, or win-loss programs
  • Experience leading Early Engagement, Limited Market Release, pilot, beta, and General Availability programs
  • Experience supporting products with multiple customer segments, buyer types, users, geographic markets, and commercial models
  • Experience commercializing AI-enabled products, clinical workflow solutions, data products, search, content, platforms, or decision-support products
  • Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, digital health, professional information, enterprise workflow, or regulated markets
