Senior Product Manager (Cards and Wallets)

Join Adyen, a leading financial technology company, as a Senior Product Manager for Cards and Wallets. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing the roadmap for the Issuing product, focusing on global card issuance capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver customer and business outcomes, and operate with a data and experimentation first mindset. • Successful candidates will have demonstrated passion for financial technology and are excited about Adyen’s opportunity to build a meaningful issuing business in the next 2-5 yrs
• Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership

• Communication - a clear, compelling communicator who is comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures
• Leadership - demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams. Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
• Customer centric: You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers
• Experience - 8+ years building high-scale products in fast growing tech or fintech environments. 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products
• Product - PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact. Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking
