Software Engineer Internship

Join Abridge's Engineering team as a Software Engineering Intern for a 3-month internship program in Fall 2026, with the possibility of extension. You'll collaborate with the engineering team to build and ship real-world features that translate cutting-edge language model capabilities into dependable clinical systems. • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, code, and release AI-powered software that enhances clinical systems.
• Contribute to the development of end-to-end features, fix user-facing bugs, and make quality-of-life improvements across systems.
• Gain hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks, prototyping new models, and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
• AI tooling is already part of how you work — you use it to write, debug, and learn faster, and you know when to trust it vs. verify
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• A strong interest in pursuing a full-time software engineering role in 2027 — high-performing interns are eligible to receive a return offer
