About The Role

Join Zipline, a fast-growing company revolutionizing the delivery of medical supplies. As the Marketing Manager for the Austin market, you will own the marketing strategy and performance, driving measurable growth across awareness, customer acquisition, referrals, merchant launches, and overall market performance. You will work closely with various teams, including Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, Communications, and the broader Marketing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, commercial priorities, competitive dynamics, and local opportunities.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as business needs evolve
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, product marketing, or a related field
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that combine multiple marketing disciplines to drive measurable business growth
  • Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics, measuring performance, and making investment recommendations based on data
