Senior Product Marketing Manager (Growth)

• Define and implement strategies for usage-based pricing and monetization moments, including paywalls, upgrade prompts, and trial messaging.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Design to align product decisions with market opportunities and growth potential.
• Lead customer and competitive insight efforts, translating insights into consistent positioning and messaging across the customer journey.
• This is an ideal role for a PMM who thinks like a product person as much as a marketer, and wants direct, measurable influence on revenue. You know product-led growth, and you love to write
• Strong writing skills – you’re a data-driven storyteller, skilled at crafting narratives that influence metrics
• Experience in fintech, startups, and/or the SMB space
• 3+ years of product marketing or growth marketing. Bonus points for exposure to UX, content design, or technical writing
• Strong experimentation skills — you can size, run, and call a test
• Customer champion – you engage deeply with customers and translate those insights into messaging and positioning that resonates
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions
