Legal Counsel

Join Razer, a leading global gaming brand, as a Legal Counsel in our Irvine office. In this role, you will provide legal support to the business, draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions, collaborate with various teams, and handle commercial contract disputes. You will also assist with data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. A strong background in contract and commercial law, as well as experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry, is required.

• Experience handling litigation and/or IP related matters is a plus
• Strong background in all facets of contract and commercial law is required, and exposure to consumer technology business is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Familiarity with basic AI integration into work product
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business units
• Strong negotiating skills with the ability to effectively negotiate legal and financial/commercial issues
• 4+ years of experience gained in combination law firms and in-house with a technology / consumer electronics company (should have some in-house experience)
• J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school
