Sales Development Representative (Spanish Speaker)

Join Insider One as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, following up with prospects, understanding customer needs, and maintaining our prospect database. We're looking for individuals who are hungry for success, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and passionate about market research and lead generation. Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English are required.

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, and brainstorming with the team on how to generate interest in Insider One's products.
• Maintaining and expanding the prospect database in assigned segments, and driving results that create an impact.
• To be honest, we are not looking for a Sales Development Representative, that’s merely a title. What we are looking for is Hunger! For people who are hungry to go out and play in the major leagues even though they have no name, sit down and drive results that create an impact, and go out of their way to get things done when it matters most. We’re looking for freshers who possess the energy, passion, drive, and most importantly, the desire to prove themselves and create an impact
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• University degree in a related field
• Previous SDR experience
• A fair understanding of digital marketing or experience in a customer-oriented position
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Fresh perspectives are something we value
• A fair understanding of the e-commerce markets would be a plus
• A passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
• Native proficiency in Spanish
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• You’re a natural around the phone, and dialing dozens of numbers a day is a piece of cake for you
