Sales Development Representative

Join Insider One as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, following up with prospects, understanding customer needs, and maintaining our prospect database. We're looking for individuals who are hungry for success, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for market research. A university degree and proficiency in English are required, while experience in e-commerce and previous SDR experience are a plus.

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, and brainstorming with the team on how to generate interest in Insider One's products.
• Maintaining and expanding the prospect database in assigned segments, and driving results that create an impact.
• To be honest, we are not looking for a Sales Development Representative, that’s merely a title. What we are looking for is Hunger! For people who are hungry to go out and play in the major leagues even though they have no name, sit down and drive results that create an impact, and go out of their way to get things done when it matters most. We’re looking for freshers who possess the energy, passion, drive, and most importantly, the desire to prove themselves and create an impact
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A fair understanding of digital marketing or experience in a customer-oriented position
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• You’re a natural around the phone, and dialing dozens of numbers a day is a piece of cake for you
• University degree in a related field
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• A fair understanding of the e-commerce markets would be a plus
• Previous SDR experience
• A passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
• Fresh perspectives are something we value
• Native proficiency in French
