About The Role

Join Horizon3 as a Payroll Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our U.S. and international payroll operations. You'll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, provide responsive support for payroll questions, and maintain high standards for data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage recurring payroll responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with the regular processing of payroll for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, garnishments, and other payroll matters.
  • Review and audit payroll data, including hours worked, pay rates, deductions, and other employee information, to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage recurring payroll responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn payroll, HRIS, and other business systems quickly; advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus
  • 1–3 years of customer service, payroll, HR operations, accounting operations, or related experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology, including taxes, deductions, garnishments, direct deposit, and payroll adjustments
