Customer Success Manager

Join Compass as a Customer Success Manager, where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and training on our tools and programs. You will manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, promote the adoption of Compass technology, provide marketing support, and collaborate with other team members and departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting agents in growing their businesses.

• Previous experience with live or remote training a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
• The ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers and influencers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly
• Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus
• Passion for supporting and serving agents trying to grow their businesses
• Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points
• Strong creative writing skills and eye for design
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
