Project Manager (New Product Initiatives)

• Lead projects focused on internal processes and IT systems across various business functions, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, tracking and evaluating project performance to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new product development initiatives, fostering strong relationships across internal teams.
• A general understanding of hardware and video security solutions is preferred

• Ability to work as part of a team to solve business problems in a complex selling and political environments
• An analytical mind that can adapt to the current environment, find ways to improve, think outside of the box, and be willing to fail fast
• Ability to bring fresh ideas based on experience in various technical and non-technical enterprise projects
• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years previous experience as a Portfolio/Project Manager
• Experience leading projects to implement internal enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Sage, JIRA, and custom software solutions
• Experience with varying project management methodologies
• Project management related certifications preferred but not required
• Experience with process modeling and process improvement initiatives
• Understanding or experience working on international projects
• Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, data integration techniques and web technology
• 6+ years previous experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
