Join Trulioo, a leading global identity verification company, as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development. In this highly visible enterprise leadership role, you will shape the company's strategic direction, strengthen alignment between corporate strategy and functional priorities, and guide the execution of the company's most important strategic initiatives. You will leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed.

  • Diriger le programme MAPS de Trulioo, qui relie la stratégie d'entreprise et l'intelligence de marché à la stratégie produit, aux décisions d'investissement et aux feuilles de route.
  • Experience leading large-scale strategic or transformation programs involving multiple executives, functions, and dependencies
  • 15+ years of experience across corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation, or related leadership roles
  • Exceptional executive communication skills and experience preparing materials for executive leadership, Boards, and external advisors
  • A builder mindset and strong experience working and deploying AI tools and models to improve functional processes, drive automation, rethink problem solving, and transform traditional ways of working
  • Advanced analytical and scenario-planning capabilities, with the ability to work through ambiguity and make clear recommendations from incomplete or conflicting information
  • Significant experience in one or more relevant sectors, including payments, financial services, banking, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, identity, fraud, or RegTech
  • Demonstrated experience developing corporate or product strategies and translating them into enterprise priorities, functional roadmaps, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes
  • Meaningful experience supporting acquisitions, including opportunity assessment, target screening, due diligence, transaction analysis, and integration planning
  • A degree in economics, business, finance, strategy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience operating in complex, global, and highly cross-functional organizations
  • The judgment and executive presence to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, facilitate difficult trade-offs, and drive decisions
  • Exposure to identity verification, fraud prevention, credit insights, financial crime, or regulatory technology
  • Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company strategy, or Board-level capital allocation processes
  • Direct experience leading post-acquisition integration or value-creation programs
  • An advanced degree in economics, business, finance, or a related discipline
