Description

**Role Summary:**

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Solution Design & Configuration:** Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• **Client Engagement:** Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• **Quality Assurance:** Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• **Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:** Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
