## Description

An international product-focused company in the gaming industry is looking for a **Senior .NET Engineer** to join its backend development team. The client builds high-quality gaming products where technical excellence and player experience go hand in hand. Every system is designed to perform under real-world conditions, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and real-time interaction. ### Required skills

At least four years of commercial backend development experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong proficiency in C# and hands-on experience with .NET and <ASP.NET> Core.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, backend architecture, and database systems.
Experience working with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize systems for performance and scalability.
Clear communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Interest in gaming products and a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Intermediate level of English for daily communication.

### Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain server-side services and APIs that power gaming applications.
Improve backend performance and scalability to handle increasing traffic and evolving product requirements.
Ensure data consistency, reliability, and integrity across database systems.
Create clear and efficient RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between frontend and backend.
Develop real-time features such as multiplayer logic, chat functionality, and game state synchronization.
Maintain a high level of security by protecting user data and preventing unauthorized access.
Integrate external services, including payment solutions and third-party APIs.
Write unit and integration tests to keep backend systems stable and reliable.
Maintain technical documentation for backend services, APIs, and internal processes.
Collaborate with team members using Git-based workflows and participate in code reviews.
Work closely with frontend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues, including production incidents.
