We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Manager – MICE Sales** to drive new business development and revenue growth within the corporate travel and MICE segment.

The role will focus on identifying and acquiring corporate clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding event requirements, developing customised proposals, and converting opportunities into profitable MICE business. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate network, excellent sales skills, and proven experience managing the complete sales cycle.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate prospects across the MICE and corporate travel segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, HR teams, travel managers, and event stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, industry events, and proactive business development.
  • Understand client requirements for conferences, incentive tours, offsites, meetings, and corporate events.
  • Develop customised MICE solutions aligned with client objectives, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, itineraries, and commercial presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to develop accurate solutions, costing, and execution plans.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, and contractual requirements to ensure profitable business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue and business acquisition targets.
  • Track leads, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and position suitable MICE solutions.
  • Stay updated on corporate travel trends, destinations, venues, hospitality offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed business to the operations and execution teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • **4+ years of experience** in MICE sales, corporate travel, hospitality, event sales, or a related B2B sales environment.
  • Proven track record of **new business acquisition and revenue generation**.
  • Strong corporate network and ability to independently open and develop new accounts.
  • Hands-on experience managing the **complete sales cycle**, from prospecting through closure.
  • Strong understanding of conferences, incentive travel, corporate offsites, events, and MICE solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding of proposals, costing, pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong business development, networking, and lead-generation capabilities.
  • Excellent follow-up, pipeline management, and sales planning skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and other internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and customer-focused environment.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
